Class Description

Aerobics
Hard motivating aerobic workout, using basic move. Suitable for all abilities.

Body Conditioning
Non Aerobic focusing on legs, tums and bums.

Body Sculpt class
Using optional light hand weights,stability balls & dyna bands to tone legs, tums & bums.

Bodytone
Motivating total body workout cardio and conditioning.

Boot Camp
Military style circuit training, good solid workout for all fitness levels.

Friday Club
Friday Club (Fitness and Fun)

Junior Gym (13-15 Year Olds)
An introduction to the gym for 13-15 year olds.

Mixed Badminton
All standards welcome.

New Body
Gentle aerobics, with body conditioning.

Pilates

Rollerskating
Supervised session fun for all ages.

Step With Style
An exciting, choreographed, upbeat routine for the more competent stepper. A suitable challenge for the less experienced.

Step 'N' Tone Aerobics
A great class to tone the whole body using the step, a session with hand wights + a stomach workout at the end.

Yoga
To bring back balance into the body & improve your breathing, stamina & flexibility.

Class Suitability

If you have never exercised, have joint problems, chest pains, difficulty breathing or any known medical problems, we recommend that you check with your doctor before attending a class.

Class Levels

Most of our classes are designed to be suitable for all levels. The brief descriptions alongside the class timetable will give you a general idea of the class content.

If you are unsure which class is best for you - ask at Reception. Alternatively call in at the Grange and talk to the coach - all our coaches are fully qualified and they will be very happy to advise you.

Prices

The charge for most classes is £3.80 per session for members
(Gold & Silver Card members pay half the memberÂ’s rate).

The exceptions are:-

Mixed Badminton £3.20

Music & Movement Mother & Toddler and Playtime £3.40
2 x Children £5.40

Friday Club

Rollerskating £2.20 Plus Skate Hire 80p

Junior Gym £1.90

non members pay an additional charge of £1.30 (60p extra for music & movement and 60p extra for juniors attending junior gym
